1. User Authentication

Users create accounts using a phone number–based login system. For technical purposes, the application internally uses an email/password format for authentication. No real email address is required from the user.

2. Google Drive Access (Read-Only)

Our application uses Google Drive Picker to allow users to select files directly from their own Google Drive, including video, audio, image, and PDF files.

We request read-only access only to:

• Display file metadata (file name and type)
• Allow users to generate a shareable public link

We do NOT:

• Upload files to Google Drive
• Modify or delete files
• Download or store file contents

All file access and sharing permissions are fully controlled by the user within Google Drive.

3. Shared File Links

If a user chooses to share a file, we may store only the publicly shareable link provided by the user. We do not store copies of any Google Drive files.

4. Use of Information

• To authenticate users
• To enable Google Drive file selection
• To display user-shared links
• To improve service reliability

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only if required by law.

6. User Control

Users can revoke Google Drive access at any time from: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13.
